SONNY FLOOD

Character: Josh Ashworth

Sonny was born in Blackpool, Lancashire. He studied at Rossall school in Fleetwood and in 2006 Sonny passed 10 GCSE’ exams all at either A or A*. He went on to study his AS Level’s in English Literature, Philosophy, History and Media Studies for which he achieved 3 A’s. Sonny decided to take just 2 subjects at A Level, allowing him to concentrate on working at Hollyoaks.

Josh is Sonny’s first major TV role, he comments “I’ve been in the show for four years now which has flown by. I’ve been lucky to have the opportunity to play such a great character and now Josh is about to embark on student life I’m really looking forward to see what he gets up to!”
